Meet Emma, The Chicago Somm!
Emma is a native New Yorker turned Midwestern Girlie! Born and Raised in Manhattan, she moved out to the Twin Cities for school and never looked back. From hosting at French Bistros on the Upper East Side to cleaning the fryer in a small-town bakery, Emma has fallen in love with every aspect of restaurants and hospitality. She has been so grateful for the opportunity to pursue a wine education at Kendall College. Now a Level II Sommelier, Emma is excited to be leading the charge for sommnights™ Chicago. When she's not teaching, bartending, or pairing wine tableside, you can find Emma running on the lkae or reading in the hopleaf biergarten.

sommnights™ was founded in November 2019 after I passed the Introductory Sommelier exam. Wine is my passion and I love sharing it with others. sommnights™ brings the tasting to you and allows you to enjoy a tasting in the comfort of your own home.
